All-Rounder Therapist (Massage, Hair & Nails)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and versatile All-Rounder Therapist who can provide high-quality massage therapy, hair services, and nail treatments. The ideal candidate is professional, customer-focused, and experienced in delivering multiple beauty and wellness services while maintaining high hygiene and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Massage Therapy

• Perform professional massage services such as:
• Swedish, Deep Tissue, Relaxation, and other wellness massages
• Assess client needs and recommend suitable treatments
• Ensure client comfort and safety during sessions

Hair Services

• Provide hair services including:
• Hair wash, blow-dry, basic styling
• Hair treatment application (as instructed)
• Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of hair tools and equipment

Nail Services

• Perform nail care services including:
• Manicure and Pedicure
• Nail shaping, cuticle care, polishing
• Ensure hygienic handling of nail tools and materials

General Duties

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms and tools
• Adhere to salon/spa hygiene, safety, and service standards
• Deliver excellent customer service and build client rapport
• Upsell services and products when appropriate
• Assist with opening/closing duties if required
• Follow management instructions and salon policies

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience as a massage therapist and/or beauty therapist
• Knowledge of basic hair and nail services
• Relevant certifications in massage therapy (preferred)
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Presentable, professional appearance
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Experience in UAE or GCC is an advantage
