Alteration Engineer
- Assess and review existing designs, structures, and systems to identify areas requiring alteration or improvement.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to gather data and evaluate the feasibility of proposed alterations.
- Develop and modify engineering designs, plans, and specifications for alterations, ensuring they meet project requirements and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate alterations seamlessly into existing projects.
- Ensure that all alterations comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks.
- Monitor and inspect work during and after implementation to confirm that alterations are executed to specification.
- Prepare and maintain detailed records of alterations, including design modifications, project progress, and any issues encountered.
- Implement innovative solutions to optimize the performance and functionality of altered systems or structures.
- Full inspections of villas, apartments, and shops that have completed modifications and finished works to ensure there are no violations
- Monitoring and documenting violations, taking measures to freeze any work in progress that is violating El Rehab and Cilia cities standards
- Supervising work progress related to public facilities and installations including design and implementation, in accordance with the city's master plan.
- Ensure that all procedures related swimming pools and elevators are met and aligned with construction approvals
- Communicate with the technical department and the traffic consultant in case of requesting any unregular modifications
- Ensure securing consulting report approved by the Engineers Syndicate
- Ensure securing certificate of supervision of the implementation from a syndicate of engineering
- Ensure securing and review architectural and structural engineering drawings from the same consultant for any additional work scope (swimming pool - rooftop annex)
- Ensure securing construction and mechanical drawings for elevators package (machine room, shaft foundations, etc.)
