We are seeking a skilled and reliable Aluminium Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for measuring, cutting, shaping, assembling, and installing aluminium components (such as frames, windows, doors, partitions etc.) to high standards of quality and safety. The role involves both workshop‑ and site‑based work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proven experience as an Aluminium Fabricator / Installer / Welder in the UAE.
• Skilled in TIG/MIG welding, aluminium cutting, and glass installation.
• Knowledge of curtain wall systems, handrails, and aluminium profiles.
• Ability to read and execute drawings independently.
• Physically fit, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Read, interpret, and work from technical drawings, blueprints, and job specifications.
• Measure, cut, drill, shape, and assemble aluminium profiles accurately.
• Fabricate, bend, weld, and finish aluminium parts using manual and power tools.
• Perform installation of aluminium frames, windows, doors, partitions etc. on‑site, ensuring secure fittings and finishes.
• Maintain quality control: inspect works for alignment, flatness, finish, correct tolerances, joints etc.
• Operate fabrication machinery (cutting machines, saws, routers, copy routers, welding machines) safely and efficiently.
• Assist with maintenance and cleaning of tools and equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Coordinate with site engineers, foremen, and other trades to ensure timely completion of work.
• Report progress, issues and material needs to supervisor/manager.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Minimum 3‑10 years of experience in aluminium fabrication, cutting, welding, and installation, preferably in the UAE or similar environment.
• Ability to read basic technical drawings/dimensions.
• Demonstrated skill using tools for measuring, cutting, drilling and fitting aluminium work.
• Experience in welding aluminium (MIG / TIG / Argon welding) is a plus.
• Good attention to detail, accuracy, and high quality workmanship.
• Honest, hardworking, with good reliability.
• Basic English (or local business‑language) for reading instructions, safety guidelines; other languages an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1,600.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
