Aluminum and glass façade senior sales engineer

ICPM one of bin laden companies group in Egypt which products all materials for construction projects like aluminum, glass, wooden, precast, cements products, metal and steel, ready mix concrete.


Job Purpose

Responsible for generating sales, managing client accounts, and providing technical expertise in aluminum and glass façade systems. The Senior Sales Engineer ensures that customer requirements are fully met with optimized technical and commercial solutions, while achieving company sales targets and expanding market presence.


Key Responsibilities


1- Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in façade, curtain wall, cladding, and glazing projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, architects, contractors, and developers.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.


2- Technical Support & Consultation

  • Understand project specifications and recommend appropriate aluminum and glass façade solutions.
  • Provide technical presentations, product samples, and design proposals.
  • Coordinate with engineering and design teams for customized solutions.


3- Project & Account Management

  • Prepare and negotiate quotations, tenders, and contracts.
  • Manage key accounts and ensure long-term client satisfaction.


4- Market & Strategy Development

  • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
  • Provide input on product development and market expansion.
  • Support marketing initiatives such as exhibitions, seminars, and presentations.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field with minimum general grade good>
  • 5–8 years of experience in sales of aluminum & glass façades, curtain walls, cladding, or construction-related systems.
  • Strong technical knowledge of façade systems, glazing, aluminum profiles, and installation methods.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale façade projects.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or façade design software is an advantage.
