Job Title: Aluminum Fabricator

Job Summary: An Aluminum Fabricator is responsible for the preparation, assembly, and installation of aluminum products for various construction and manufacturing applications. They are skilled in reading blueprints, using specialized equipment, and working with raw aluminum materials to create structures or components such as windows, doors, frames, and custom architectural features.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Material Preparation: Cut, shape, and form aluminum sheets or extrusions according to project specifications.
  • Assembly: Assemble aluminum components and structures, ensuring proper fit and finish.
  • Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to determine materials, dimensions, and design requirements.
  • Welding & Joining: Use welding, riveting, and other techniques to join aluminum pieces together.
  • Finishing: Polish, anodize, or paint aluminum parts to meet the required quality standards.
  • Quality Control: Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring that they meet safety and quality standards.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate various machines and tools like saws, drills, grinders, and CNC equipment to fabricate and finish aluminum components.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
  • Customization: Modify and fabricate aluminum products according to customer specifications, including custom designs and special orders.

Job Title: Aluminum & Glass Installer

Job Summary: An Aluminum & Glass Installer is responsible for the installation of aluminum and glass structures in both residential and commercial settings. This includes tasks such as installing windows, doors, curtain walls, storefronts, and custom glass systems. The role requires strong knowledge of handling glass materials, precision installation techniques, and an understanding of safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation: Install aluminum frames, windows, doors, glass panels, curtain walls, and other architectural features in commercial and residential buildings.
  • Glass Handling: Safely handle, lift, and install glass panels, ensuring the protection of both the installer and the materials.
  • Blueprint and Design Interpretation: Follow detailed blueprints, installation guides, and design specifications to ensure accurate placement and proper fitting of aluminum and glass components.
  • Cutting and Measuring: Measure and cut aluminum frames and glass panels to the required dimensions, ensuring a perfect fit.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
