Aluminum Factory Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Aluminum Factory Supervisor to oversee our production operations. The ideal candidate must have proven expertise with Gulf Extrusions aluminum systems and the ability to review, guide, and approve draftsmen’s work. This role requires a proactive leader who ensures high-quality fabrication, efficiency in production, and compliance with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day factory operations, ensuring timely and efficient production of aluminum systems.
• Oversee fabrication activities, ensuring alignment with project drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Calculate material take off and cutting lists manually or on Orgadata
• Study, learn and teach new aluminum systems and profiles
• Review and validate draftsmen’s shop drawings and technical details before execution.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and draftsmen to resolve technical issues.
• Implement and enforce quality control procedures to maintain accuracy and consistency.
• Ensure compliance with Gulf Extrusions aluminum system standards and other relevant industry codes.
• Monitor production schedules, manpower allocation, and material usage to optimize efficiency.
• Train, mentor, and supervise factory staff, ensuring adherence to safety and company policies.
• Report progress, challenges, and solutions to senior management.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in aluminum fabrication, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of Gulf Extrusions aluminum systems (mandatory).
• Proven ability to review, interpret, and correct draftsmen’s work and technical drawings.
• Solid understanding of fabrication processes, materials, and installation methods.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and quality standards in factory operations.
• Experienced in Orgadata software or similar aluminum fabrication software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
