Factory Manager – Aluminum & Glass (Sharjah)

We are seeking an experienced Factory Manager to lead our aluminum & glass facility in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will combine strong engineering expertise with proven experience in factory operations and business development.

Requirements:

· • 10+ years’ experience in the aluminum & glass industry.

· • Degree in Industrial or Structural Engineering (or related field).

· • Strong leadership and team management skills.

· • Ability to acquire new projects and clients.

· • Knowledge of quality, safety, and production systems.

Responsibilities:

· • Manage daily factory operations and production efficiency.

· • Lead teams and ensure quality and cost control.

· • Develop strategies to grow factory output and profitability.

· • Bring in new projects/business opportunities.

· • Collaborate with other departments for smooth project delivery.
