Production Supervisor

A SIGNAGE COMPANY , a well-established signage and branding company, is currently hiring a Production Supervisor with over 2-3 years of hands-on experience in the UAE signage industry. This role requires strong technical knowledge, team leadership skills, and the ability to manage production and installation processes from start to finish.

The ideal candidate must be fluent in both Hindi and English, and have a proven track record in managing signage projects including fabrication, quality control, manpower supervision, and on-site coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the daily production activities in the signage workshop.
• Oversee fabrication of signs including ACP cladding, acrylic letters, flex printing, vinyl cutting, LED signage, 3D letters, and metal structures.
• Assign tasks to production staff and monitor progress to meet delivery deadlines.
• Coordinate with the design, sales, and installation teams to ensure proper execution of client requirements.
• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and finishing before delivery or installation.
• Ensure machines (CNC, laser cutter, plotter, welding, etc.) are maintained and used correctly.
• Control raw material inventory and request orders as needed.
• Monitor labour productivity and ensure efficient use of manpower and materials.
• Enforce health, safety, and company procedures on the production floor and at job sites.
• Report daily production progress to management.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the UAE signage industry (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of all types of signage materials and fabrication methods.
• Skilled in managing teams and multitasking across projects.
• Familiar with site work, installations, and dealing with malls, commercial buildings, and corporate branding.
• Must be fluent in Hindi and English – both spoken and written.
• Ability to read technical drawings and signage design layouts.
• Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills.
• Understanding of safety procedures and UAE labour/workshop regulations.
