Dropshipping specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Dropshipping Specialist to manage and scale our online product operations. You will be responsible for sourcing high-converting products, managing supplier relationships, optimizing listings, and ensuring timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in e-commerce, particularly with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar, and understands the fast-paced nature of dropshipping.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and source trending, high-potential products from reliable suppliers (e.g., AliExpress, CJ Dropshipping, Spocket).
• Create and optimize product listings with compelling copy and images.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage supplier communications.
• Oversee order fulfillment and resolve shipping/logistics issues.
• Collaborate with marketing team on product launches and ad creatives.
• Analyze product performance and provide recommendations for scaling or phasing out.
• Ensure a seamless customer experience through timely updates and support coordination.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in dropshipping or e-commerce product management.
• Familiarity with Shopify, Oberlo, CJ Dropshipping, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
• Self-starter comfortable working remotely and independently.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with Facebook Ads, Google Shopping, or TikTok Ads.
• Knowledge of basic photo editing and product design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
• Understanding of international logistics and customs.
