Ecommerce Specialist

Required for reputed Departmental Store in Sharjah

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Ecommerce Operation mainly in retail business (Department store).
• Update the items in our Online website with all specific criteria's needed for E-Commerce.
• Ensure accurate product listings, pricing and inventory updates
• Monitor traffic, conversation rates, and consumer behavior using analytical tools
• Implement strategies to improve user experience and increase online sales.
• Coordinating the timely and accurate processing of customer orders, including picking, packing & shipping
• Managing the flow of products from order placements to delivery, ensuring seamless coordination between team members, departments & external partners
• Managing relationship with shipping carriers, optimizing delivery routes, and ensuring on time delivery to customers
• Upload the proper pictures. Find pictures from Google or take picture through camera and edit according to the technical standard of the website.
• Change the banners and ambience of the website according to the Promotions or events conducting by the company.
• Arranging the Products according to the Offers or promotions.
• Update the Online prices with the help of IT Team on Events.
