Aluminum Fixer

Role Summary

The Aluminum Fixer will handle onsite installation of aluminum windows, doors, frames, glass units, and façade elements. The role is critical in delivering high standards of installation quality, precision, and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsible Areas

Onsite Installation

• Fix aluminum doors, windows, frames, and glass panels at project sites.
  
• Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and sealing during installation.
  

Site Measurements & Adjustments

• Take accurate site measurements when required.
  
• Make minor adjustments, rectifications, and onsite corrections.
  

Quality & Safety Compliance

• Ensure installations meet company quality standards.
  
• Maintain proper handling of tools, equipment, and materials.
  

Coordination

• Collaborate with the factory team for timely delivery of materials.
  
• Support the supervisor with daily progress updates.
  
  

Core Competencies

• Excellent aluminum installation skills
  
• Ability to handle tools and site equipment safely
  
• Good understanding of sealing, alignment & onsite finishing
  
• Problem solving in site constraints

Requirements

• 1-2 years hands-on experience in aluminum fabrication preferred
  
• Experience in aluminum installation preferred
  
• Practical hands-on expertise required
  
• No certifications needed
  

Work Location

• Umm Al Quwain (accommodation provided)
  
• Candidates may be from any location and must be willing to relocate to Umm Al Quwain
  
  
  
  

Benefits

Salary depends on experience level:

• Helper / Junior Level: AED 1,200 + accommodation
  
• Mid-Level (some experience): AED 1,600 + accommodation
  
• Senior / Highly Experienced: AED 2,200 + accommodation
  
• Overtime will be provided whenever required, based on workload.
