Labour / Skilled Construction Workers

Key Responsibilities:

1- Minimum 4 to 10 years UAE experience in their respective trades or general construction labour.

2- Perform tasks efficiently and safely under the supervision of the Foreman / Site Supervisor.

3- Skilled Trades Include:

a. Carpenters / Formwork Carpenters

b. Steel Fixers / Rebar Workers

c. Masons / Block layers

d. Concrete Finishers

e. Plasterers / Gypsum Workers

f. Tilers

g. Painters / Decorators

h. Steel Erectors / Structural Fitters

i. Welders

j. Ceiling Installers / False Ceiling Fitters

k. Glaziers / Façade Workers

l. Waterproofing Technicians

m. Plumbers / Pipefitters

n. Electricians / Electrical Fitters

o. Scaffolders / Rigging Crew

p. Helpers

4- Assist in loading, unloading, and moving materials, tools, and equipment on site safely.

5- Follow all site safety procedures, wear appropriate PPE, and participate in toolbox talks.

6- Maintain proper care of assigned tools, equipment, and materials.

7- Ensure site cleanliness and support housekeeping activities.

8- Report unsafe conditions, accidents, or delays to the Foreman / Site Supervisor immediately.

9- Work efficiently as part of a team to meet project schedules and quality requirements.

10- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professionalism while on site.

Pay: AED1,400.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
