Mason/Helper/MEP Skilled Labors

We are seeking a skilled Mason with expertise in plaster work, tile installation, and crack filling to support the maintenance and finishing of residential and commercial buildings. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in surface preparation, decorative finishes, and structural repairs, ensuring high-quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform plastering on walls, ceilings, and partitions using cement, gypsum, or decorative finishes
• Install ceramic, porcelain, marble, and other tiles on floors, walls, and wet areas
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying bonding agents or mortar
• Conduct crack filling and patch repairs on concrete, plaster, and tiled surfaces
• Mix and apply adhesives, grout, and sealants for durable finishes
• Cut and shape tiles to fit around fixtures and architectural features
• Inspect and repair damaged plaster or tile work to restore aesthetics and integrity
• Follow layout plans, blueprints, and technical drawings for accurate execution
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
• Adhere to safety protocols and building regulations at all times

Requirements:

• Proven experience in plastering, tiling, and masonry repair
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and layout plans
• Skilled in using hand and power tools for cutting, mixing, and finishing
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Physical stamina and ability to work in various site conditions
• Familiarity with safety procedures and construction standards
