Plumbing Foreman

Job description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Plumbing Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing, with a proven track record of managing and leading teams on various projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of plumbers on various projects.
• Plan and coordinate plumbing installations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Manage project budgets and control costs.
• Coordinate with other trades, clients, and project managers.
• Train and mentor junior plumbers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Order and manage inventory of plumbing materials and supplies.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to management.
• Assist in the development of project plans and schedules.
• Evaluate and improve work processes and procedures.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Plumbing Foreman or similar role.
• Extensive knowledge of plumbing systems and installations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Valid plumbing license or certification.
• Proficiency in using plumbing tools and equipment.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various conditions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with project management software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends if required.
• Strong work ethic and professional attitude.
• Willingness to continuously learn and improve skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
