We are looking for an experienced Fit-Out Foreman / Supervisor to oversee and manage interior fit-out works at site. The candidate must have strong site coordination skills, knowledge of drawings, and experience handling subcontractors and labor teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site activities related to interior fit-out works (civil, carpentry, gypsum, painting, flooring, ceiling, MEP coordination, etc.).
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Read and interpret shop drawings and BOQs.
- Coordinate with Project Manager, Engineers, and subcontractors.
- Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of work.
- Manage and allocate manpower effectively.
- Ensure material availability as per work schedule.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Attend site meetings and update progress reports.
- Handle client and consultant inspections.
Requirements:
- 5–8 years of experience in interior fit-out projects (villa, office, retail, restaurant, etc.).
- Good knowledge of construction methods and finishing works.
- Ability to handle multiple subcontractors.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of UAE safety regulations.
- Computer knowledge (Excel, email, reporting).
- Valid UAE Driving License (Preferred).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in high-end residential, villa or commercial fit-outs.
- Ability to manage tight deadlines.
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
