Fit-Out Foreman / Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Fit-Out Foreman / Supervisor to oversee and manage interior fit-out works at site. The candidate must have strong site coordination skills, knowledge of drawings, and experience handling subcontractors and labor teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities related to interior fit-out works (civil, carpentry, gypsum, painting, flooring, ceiling, MEP coordination, etc.).
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Read and interpret shop drawings and BOQs.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, Engineers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of work.
• Manage and allocate manpower effectively.
• Ensure material availability as per work schedule.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Attend site meetings and update progress reports.
• Handle client and consultant inspections.

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience in interior fit-out projects (villa, office, retail, restaurant, etc.).
• Good knowledge of construction methods and finishing works.
• Ability to handle multiple subcontractors.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of UAE safety regulations.
• Computer knowledge (Excel, email, reporting).
• Valid UAE Driving License (Preferred).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in high-end residential, villa or commercial fit-outs.
• Ability to manage tight deadlines.
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
