MEP Technician

• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs for electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Install and repair lighting fixtures, switches, sockets, and basic wiring.
• Install and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, drainage, faucets, and sanitary fittings.
• Troubleshoot minor MEP issues during fit-out and maintenance works.
• Ensure all work complies with safety and site regulations.
• Prepare surfaces for tile installation (cleaning, leveling, and waterproofing).
• Cut and install ceramic, porcelain, marble, and other tiles on floors and walls.
• Apply grout and finishing materials.
• Repair or replace damaged tiles when required.
• Ensure alignment, leveling, and quality finishing.
• Assist project engineers and supervisors during site works.
• Coordinate with other technicians and site workers.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
• Support general maintenance works when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction, maintenance, or interior fit-out projects.
• Experience in both MEP maintenance and tile installation.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read simple drawings and site instructions.
• Physically fit and able to work on construction sites.
• Experience in UAE construction or fit-out companies is preferred.
