Key Responsibilities

• Supervise workers: Lead and manage a team of aluminum installers, fabricators, and helpers.
• Project coordination: Plan daily work schedules and ensure aluminum installations meet project timelines.
• Installation oversight: Oversee the fitting and installation of aluminum components such as windows, doors, curtain walls, partitions, cladding, and frames.
• Quality control: Check measurements, alignment, and finishing to ensure work meets design specifications and quality standards.
• Safety management: Enforce workplace safety rules and ensure proper use of tools and equipment.
• Material management: Monitor aluminum materials, hardware, and tools to ensure availability and minimize waste.
