About Us:
Maven Building Contracting LLC is looking for an experienced Civil Foreman to lead our on-site construction activities in Dubai. Join our team and contribute to delivering high-quality projects safely and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily site operations and workforce
• Coordinate activities across Civil, MEP, and other trades
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications
• Monitor site progress and report to the Site Engineer / Project Manager
• Allocate manpower and materials efficiently
• Maintain site discipline and enforce safety standards
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
• Identify and resolve site issues promptly
• Maintain daily work records and progress reports

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
• 3–5 years of construction experience in the UAE (mandatory)
• Experience in concrete repair, structural strengthening, and waterproofing is a plus
• Strong knowledge of civil and structural works
• Ability to read drawings and coordinate site activities
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Understanding of site safety procedures
• Valid UAE Driving License
• Immediate joiners preferred
