Job Description:
Al Ikhaa Contracting LLC is seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Foreman to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to handle teams effectively to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the construction site.
• Ensure all work is executed according to the project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor and manage labor, materials, and equipment at the site.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to resolve issues and ensure smooth project execution.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain site records, including daily progress reports, labor attendance, and material usage.
• Ensure timely delivery of work as per the project schedule.
• Communicate effectively with the team and management to address site challenges.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil Foreman in the construction industry, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and project specifications.
• Proven experience in managing teams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with UAE safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Driving license is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
