Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Aluminum Foreman to supervise and coordinate on-site aluminum fabrication and installation activities. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in aluminum and façade systems, proven leadership skills, and the ability to ensure that all works are completed safely, accurately, and within the project timeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of aluminum fabricators and installers at the project site.
• Ensure all fabrication and installation works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Plan daily work schedules, allocate manpower, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines.
• Inspect incoming materials and ensure the correct handling, fitting, and alignment of aluminum profiles, cladding, doors, windows, and curtain wall systems.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and quality control teams to resolve technical or site-related issues.
• Maintain and enforce safety procedures, ensuring full compliance with site regulations and company policies.
• Prepare daily work reports and provide progress updates to the site engineer or project manager.
• Train and guide team members to maintain a high level of workmanship, productivity, and efficiency.

Requirements

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Civil, Mechanical, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in aluminum and façade installation, including at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
• Strong technical knowledge of aluminum systems (doors, windows, curtain walls, cladding, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret technical and shop drawings.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong ability to manage teams and ensure productivity on site.
• UAE experience preferred.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
