Reporting & Collaboration:

Reports directly to the Career Center Manager

Collaborates closely with the Communication & External Relations team, academic body, finance, academic performance, and students’ affairs
Educational Background & Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree in General Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
-
0–2 years of experience in alumni relations, event management, communications, or stakeholder engagement (experience in higher education is an advantage).
Key Responsibilities:
-
Prepare and distribute alumni communications, including newsletters, announcements, and digital content via email and social media platforms
-
Maintain and update alumni records and databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
-
Track alumni engagement, event participation, and feedback for reporting and analysis
-
Develop and implement initiatives to enhance alumni engagement and participation in university activities
-
Serve as the primary point of contact for alumni inquiries and communications
-
Build strong relationships with alumni locally and internationally
-
Assist in developing alumni policies, procedures, and long-term engagement strategies
-
Support the core alumni services such as the alumni IDs issuance, and e-mails creation & technical trouble shooting
Qualifications:
-
Experience in higher education is an advantage

Content writing skills
-
Ability to perform tasks related to strategic planning, stakeholder management, and reporting skills

Basic design knowledge – Illustrator / Canva
-
Proficiency in MS Office and database management

Fluency in English & Arabic required

German language proficiency is a plus
