Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS/IAS and company policies.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Monitor cash flows, working capital, and expense management.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations (Income Tax, Sales Tax, Withholding Tax, etc.).
  • Coordinate with external and internal auditors for smooth audits.
  • Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Support management in financial planning, analysis, and decision-making.
  • Supervise junior accounting staff and provide guidance where necessary.
  • Ensure timely submission of financial and management reports.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
  • Part-qualified / Qualified ACCA, ICMA, CA (Inter) preferred.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, accounting principles, and taxation laws.
  • Proficiency in ERP/Accounting software (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
