Human Capital HR Solutions is hiring on behalf of a reputable organization in Karachi.

We are looking for a dynamic and analytical professional for the position of Assistant Manager – Accounts & Finance (Reporting & Costing) with strong expertise in budgeting, financial reporting, costing, and ERP-based accounting operations.

Key Requirements

• CMA qualified with 5–8 years of relevant experience
• Strong grip on budgeting, costing, and financial reporting
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel
• Sound knowledge of variance analysis, GP & break-even analysis
• Strong reconciliation and analytical skills
• Experience in bank coordination and remittances

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and update cost sheets, pricing, and new product costing (monthly)
• Prepare Master Budget and conduct variance analysis (sales, cost & expenses)
• Prepare Monthly, Comparative & YTD P&L with proper cost allocation (segment-wise & group-wise)
• Analyze product-wise GP, contribution margin & break-even (monthly)
• Prepare actual and forecasted cash flow statements
• Record all financial transactions in ERP (receipts, payments & expenses)
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain ledgers
• Coordinate inward & outward remittances with banks and complete documentation
• Perform intra-company account reconciliations
• Generate weekly and monthly management reports
