Responsibilities

Lead delivery of the in-house media measurement projects (MMM) across 1-2 and support 3-4 countries in Europe

Manage actual media and sales data collection with internal and external Media agencies and Insights teams, validate data accuracy and make necessary data transformation

Partner with the technical team (product owner, data science and data engineering) to ensure they deliver a robust and accurate model.

Deliver modeling results to key Business stakeholders and make sure insights and learnings are well understood and embedded into the Media planning process

Facilitate and enable optimization of the BU media investment partnering with TCP, Marketing and Insights teams

Contribute to improving the in-house methodology, tools and solutions. Optimize the process and ways of working

Identify opportunity areas for future measurement optimization and pilot it in the “blind spot” countries and media platforms/touchpoints

Understand and manage the media measurement process including data flow and data collection between all key providers (media agency, finance, measurement and media teams) and standardized modelling outputs.

Closely collaborate with A&M Transformation team and feed in-house learnings and research results into the

Europe and Global Media Guidelines

Track ROI Engine incremental value generated within the scope and reflect in best practice to enable global roll out in other sectors beyond Europe
Qualifications
-
University degree
-
3+ years of experience in the research agency/ client side in Marketing, Insights, Data analytics
-
Media Effectiveness Measurement / MMM experience will be a great advantage

Strong analytical acumen and quantitative skills with a demonstrated ability to translate information and data into actionable insights story and strategic recommendations

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Leadership and influencing skills, ability to demonstrate confidence in communications with stakeholders at all levels and under high pressure

Solid organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once delivering strong, detailed execution

Ability to work in a fast paced environment, matrix org, adapt to changes and effectively work and collaborate in cross-functional teams

Solid understanding of how data & analytics can be used to drive business impact in marketing - comfort and good intuition around advanced analytics, with a good basic understanding of modelling techniques and advanced applied skills (e.g. Regression, A/B testing) - though no requirement to be able to build models or apply these skills.

High degree of functional proficiency with data visualisation, Power Point, and data analytics software

Ability to travel up to 10% of time to present to the senior stakeholders in internal Marketing and Media CoE teams
