Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee life-cycle management.
  • Manage payroll and all employees benifits.
  • Support performance management and employee evaluation processes aligned with TPS and company values.
  • Oversee and handle all SESSi and EOBI related issues.
  • Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary actions professionally.
  • Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and manpower plans for management review.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure smooth HR coordination across production units.
  • Promote a culture of safety, respect, and continuous improvement.
