AM / Manager Project Sales (KHI)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven AM / Manager Corporate Sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2B and project sales within the construction materials industry and a strong ability to develop business relationships and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle B2B and corporate sales to generate new business opportunities
  • Manage project sales through dealers, distributors, and direct project clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, consultants, and interior designers
  • Develop and expand the dealership network within the assigned territory
  • Identify new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets
  • Engage directly with architects and builders for project acquisition

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience (preferably in ceramics, tiles, or sanitary ware industry)
  • Strong network within the construction and real estate sector
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
