AM Operations and Maintenance

• Provide technical support to the ground team, if required, in troubleshooting and rectification of the IT issues.
• Collection and compilation of monthly reports (including IT Equipment Preventive Maintenance, ETC Equipment Damage and Hardware Issues reports).
• Exploratory analysis to identify root cause of issues and Implement corrective measures.
• Coordinate with the field teams and HQ departments for undelayed resolution of the ETC equipment related issues.
• Identification of persistent issues on weekly basis for discussion with relevant departments for permanent resolution.
• Timely escalation of critical issues to reporting manager.
• Maintenance record of critical IT equipment.
• Responsible for undelayed vetting and processing of zonal demand to Procurement/ Finance Department. Timely initiation of demands on SAP.
• Follow-up of equipment demands and approval sheet with relevant departments till delivery in zones.
• Conduct zones visits for perlodic audits.
• Ensure QA/QC during low-scale projects, upgrades, and field installations.
• Supervise inspection teams and ensure compliance with SOPS, SLAS, OEM guidelines, and safety standards.
• Verify civil and mechanical workmanship quality including pole foundations, alignment, strength, and cabinet structural stability.
• Ensure mandatory civil and mechanical tests (concrete strength, soil compaction, pole load compliance) are conducted and documented.
• Review and validate inspection, audit, and quality reports, highlighting non-compliances and risks.
• Track and ensure timely closure of audit and quality observations through corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants to enforce quality standards.
• Maintain accurate asset condition records, inspection history, test results, and quality documentation. Identify recurring issues and recommend Improvements to standards, designs, and execution practices.

Skills and Technical Competency

• Strong troubleshooting, leadership, and coordination skills
• 4+ years of relevant experience in IT/ITS operations, O&M, Infrastructure inspections, audits, or field quality control, preferably in motorways, telecom, ITS, or large-scale infrastructure projects
• Strong reporting, documentation, and coordination skills.
• Working knowledge of civil and mechanical testing procedures
• Strong understanding of ETC/ITS equipment
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, BOQS.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
