Tracking World Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Product Development to lead end-to-end development of automotive and telematics products. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with OEM clients, and ensure successful product lifecycle

Position: Assistant Manager – Product Development
Location: Lahore – Sundar Industrial Estate
Experience: 3–5 Years in Product Development (Automotive / Electronics)
Qualification: Bachelor’s in Electrical, Mechatronics or related Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete product development lifecycle from concept to mass production
• Coordinate between design, hardware, software, and production teams
• Develop and maintain project timelines, BOMs, and technical documentation
• Evaluate and approve new components, suppliers, and design changes
• Support OEM clients with localization, feature customization, and integration
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure component readiness and compliance
• Work with production & quality teams to ensure smooth SOP and minimize failures
• Manage Engineering Change Requests (ECR/ECO) with full traceability
• Prepare technical presentations and reports for management and OEM meetings

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of automotive product development & OEM processes
• Experience with BOM management, CAD coordination, and supplier alignment
• Understanding of quality standards (IATF, ISO/TS 16949, PPAP, APQP)
• Excellent coordination, documentation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle cross-functional teams and multiple projects
