Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager – Sales with strong techno-commercial expertise to drive business growth in the automation and process industry. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of electrical systems, industrial automation solutions, and contracting services, combined with the ability to develop client relationships and close high-value projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial automation, electrical solutions, and EPC/contracting services
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure
- Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company capabilities
- Conduct site visits, technical discussions, and solution presentations for clients across industries (manufacturing, process plants, utilities, etc.)
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams to design customized automation and electrical solutions
- Analyze tender documents, prepare bid strategies, and participate in tender submissions
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing while ensuring profitability and compliance
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, consultants, and contractors
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in automation and electrical systems
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in sales of automation systems, electrical solutions, or industrial contracting
- Strong knowledge of PLC, SCADA, DCS systems, instrumentation, and electrical distribution systems
- Proven experience in techno-commercial proposal development and contract negotiation
- Familiarity with industrial sectors such as oil & gas, manufacturing, power, or process industries
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Note: The role requires frequent client interaction, site visits, and coordination with internal technical teams to deliver integrated automation and electrical solutions.
Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
