Amazon Account Manager

About Us HMD Publishing is a multi-brand operation spanning self-publishing services, Amazon ecommerce stores, and digital products. We manage KDP publishing for clients, run our own Amazon product brands, and are scaling across Amazon.

The Role We need a sharp, all-round Amazon Account Manager who can handle everything from A to Z — literally. From KDP book publishing to physical product sales, from listing optimisation to Alibaba sourcing, from PPC campaigns to inventory management. If it touches Amazon, it's your domain.

This role covers two sides of our business:

1. Ecommerce (FBA/FBM) – Managing physical product accounts, sourcing, logistics, and scaling
2. Publishing (KDP) – Managing book listings, categories, keywords, launches, and advertising

What You'll Be Doing

Front-End (Customer-Facing)

• Creating and optimising product and book listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+ Content, backend keywords)
• Managing storefronts and brand pages across multiple accounts
• Running and scaling Amazon PPC campaigns across all ad types
• Planning and executing product and book launch strategies
• Managing reviews, ratings, and customer engagement

Back-End (Operations)

• Managing Seller Central
• Inventory planning, FBA shipment creation, and stock forecasting
• Sourcing products from Alibaba — supplier communication, negotiation, sampling, and quality control
• Monitoring account health metrics and resolving cases with Amazon support
• Tracking P&L, ad spend, margins, and overall account profitability
• Ensuring compliance with Amazon policies and brand registry/IP protection

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years managing Amazon accounts (Seller Central and/or KDP)
• Hands-on experience with Amazon PPC (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display)
• Experience with product sourcing from Alibaba or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of FBA logistics and inventory management
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and brands simultaneously
• Knowledge of tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, or Publisher Rocket
• Experience with Amazon DSP or external traffic strategies
• Background in agency or client account management
