HZA SMC is expanding its e-commerce operations and is hiring experienced Account Managers to manage and grow our marketplace presence.

We are looking for professionals who understand how to scale sales, optimize listings, and manage complete marketplace operations with confidence and accountability.

If you have hands-on experience with Amazon or eBay seller accounts, and know how to turn strategy into revenue — we’d like to hear from you.

Position 1: Amazon Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete Amazon Seller Central operations
• Create, optimize, and manage product listings (SEO + conversions)
• Handle PPC campaigns and advertising strategy
• Monitor account health, performance metrics, and policy compliance
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
• Track sales, margins, and growth opportunities
• Manage inventory planning and order flow
• Prepare performance and growth reports

Requirements

• Proven experience managing Amazon seller accounts
• Strong knowledge of Amazon SEO, PPC, and listing optimization
• Understanding of account health & policy compliance
• Data-driven and results-focused mindset
• Minimum 1–2+ years relevant experience

Position 2: eBay Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day eBay store operations
• Create and optimize product listings for visibility and sales
• Handle promotions, pricing strategies, and campaigns
• Monitor account performance and seller standards
• Manage orders, returns, and customer experience
• Research competitors and market trends
• Identify opportunities to scale revenue
• Generate regular performance reports

Requirements

• Proven experience managing eBay seller accounts
• Strong knowledge of listing optimization and marketplace policies
• Familiarity with eBay tools and performance metrics
• Organized, detail-oriented, and analytical
• Minimum 1–2+ years relevant experience

• Salary: PKR 50,000 – 100,000 (based on experience & expertise)
