Accounts & Tax Manager

Location: Lahore | Onsite | Model Town

Type: Full-time

Salary Range: PKR 80,000 – 175,000 /month

What You’ll Own:

- Full accounting cycle on Odoo ERP – AP, AR, GL, Inventory, Bank Reconciliation

- Monthly/quarterly/annual financial closing & reporting

- Sales tax, income tax, WHT calculations, filings & FBR compliance

- Handle audits, notices, and liaise with tax consultants/advisors

- Payroll processing, EOBI, Social Security in Odoo

- Cash flow management, budgeting, and MIS reports for management

- Implement controls & SOPs across finance function

You Should Have:

- 5-7 years in accounts & taxation, 2+ years hands-on with Odoo ERP

- Strong grip on Pakistan Tax Laws, FBR IRIS, Sales Tax, Income Tax Ordinance

- CA-Inter / ACCA / http://M.Com / MBA Finance preferred or B.Com with excellent Experience

- Experience with retail/e-commerce/manufacturing sector a big plus

- Advanced Excel + Odoo Accounting, Invoicing, Payroll, Inventory modules

- Can configure Odoo workflows, chart of accounts, tax settings

- Lahore-based, deadline-driven, zero-error mindset

KPIs you’ll Be Measured On:

1. Timely & accurate monthly closing in Odoo

2. 100% compliance – no penalties/notices due to delays

3. Accuracy of financial reports & tax filings

4. Process improvements in Odoo automation
