Job Description:
We are a growing Amazon agency specializing in helping seller and vendor brands maximize their success on Amazon. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Amazon Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end account management for assigned clients, ensuring their growth and compliance across Amazon marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts.
- Oversee product listings, A+ Content, Brand Store creation, and catalog optimization.
- Develop and execute strategies for sales growth, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
- Monitor account health, performance metrics, and resolve issues such as policy violations or suppressed listings.
- Coordinate PPC advertising campaigns, analyze performance data, and optimize for ROI.
- Communicate regularly with clients, providing reports, insights, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal creative, marketing, and operations teams to deliver seamless client support.
- Stay updated on Amazon policies, trends, and best practices to maintain compliance and competitive advantage.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central accounts.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon operations including listings, PPC, FBA, AWD, and brand registry.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, client-focused attitude.
- Agency or e-commerce experience preferred.
