Job Title: Amazon E-commerce Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Amazon E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our Amazon marketplace operations. This role will focus on day-to-day Seller/Vendor Central activities, listing optimization, inventory coordination, advertising support, and performance tracking to drive sales growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Amazon Account Management

  • Manage daily operations of Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central accounts
  • Handle product listings, variations, pricing, promotions, and catalog health
  • Monitor account health, policy compliance, and resolve Seller Support cases

Listing & Content Optimization

  • Create and optimize product listings (titles, bullets, descriptions, backend keywords)
  • Coordinate A+ Content, Brand Story, and image updates
  • Ensure listings are compliant with Amazon category and brand guidelines

Inventory & Order Management

  • Track inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid stockouts or overstock
  • Assist with FBA shipment creation, reconciliation, and issue resolution
  • Monitor stranded inventory, suppressed listings, and fix related issues

Promotions Support

  • Support deal setup, coupons, and promotions

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports (sales, traffic, ads, inventory)
  • Analyze conversion rate, session trends, and identify optimization opportunities
  • Track competitor pricing, listings, and category trends

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate with design, content, logistics, and marketing teams
  • Communicate updates, issues, and action items clearly with internal teams or clients

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical & Platform Skills

  • Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central
  • Experience with FBA, FBM, inventory planning, and shipment workflows
  • Basic understanding of Amazon PPC and keyword research tools
  • Familiarity with Brand Registry, A+ Content, and catalog management

Analytical & Operational Skills

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret performance data
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Communication & Soft Skills

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Client-facing or stakeholder communication experience is a plus

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of hands-on Amazon marketplace experience
  • Experience managing US marketplace preferred

Nice to Have

  • Experience with tools like Helium 10, Data dive, or similar
  • Exposure to international marketplaces (CA, UK, EU)
  • Understanding of Amazon compliance, testing, and certification workflows
