Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end Amazon FBA store setup for clients, including account creation, product listing optimization, and store branding.
- Conduct detailed product research and product hunting to identify profitable, high-demand products with low competition.
- Perform supplier research, negotiation, and sourcing for branded and white-label products through platforms like Alibaba and other trusted suppliers.
- Develop and execute strategies for dropshipping and private label products on Amazon.
- Analyze market trends, competitor listings, and pricing to ensure competitive positioning and maximize sales.
- Optimize product listings for SEO, keywords, images, bullet points, and descriptions to improve search rankings and conversions.
- Manage inventory levels, forecasting, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock levels and avoid stockouts.
- Monitor account health, track key performance metrics, and prepare regular reports for client updates.
- Identify opportunities to scale client stores through PPC campaigns, promotions, bundling, and launching new products.
- Troubleshoot account issues, policy violations, or product suspensions and coordinate with Amazon Seller Support when needed.
- Stay updated on Amazon’s policies, market trends, and best practices to deliver up-to-date solutions for clients.
- Collaborate with the internal team (designers, marketing, etc.) to develop high-quality visuals and marketing strategies for listings.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience managing Amazon FBA stores, preferably for multiple clients or in an agency environment.
- Hands-on experience with product research tools (e.g., Jungle Scout, Helium 10, Viral Launch, AMZScout).
- Good understanding of dropshipping and private label business models.
- Knowledge of supplier sourcing best practices (Alibaba, global suppliers, brand registration).
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, listing optimization, and keyword research.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify winning products and scaling opportunities.
- Basic understanding of Amazon PPC, advertising campaigns, and promotional strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for supplier interaction.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client stores and deliver work on time.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to keep learning Amazon’s evolving policies and tools.
Bonus Skills (Preferred):
- Experience launching and scaling branded product lines on Amazon.
- Familiarity with other marketplaces like Walmart, eBay, or Shopify dropshipping is a plus.
- Basic graphic design skills to create or tweak product images or listings.
