Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily e-commerce operations including order processing, logistics coordination, inventory management, and customer service.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (warehouse, marketing, tech, etc.) to ensure smooth and timely execution of campaigns and order fulfillment.
• Analyze operational metrics and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs for delivery, returns, and customer issue resolution.
• Work closely with third-party logistics (3PL) partners and marketplace platforms.
• Implement process improvements and SOPs for scalable operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 4–6 years of experience in e-commerce operations or supply chain management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
