Overview: We're seeking a creative, self-motivated, and results-driven Amazon Marketplace Specialist to oversee the day-to-day management and growth of our Amazon channel. This role focuses on both Fulfilled by Merchant (FBM) and Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) strategies, driving profitability through listing optimization, inventory management, advertising efficiency, and innovative product recommendations. The ideal candidate will be analytical, proactive, and have a keen eye for identifying new opportunities on Amazon. You'll be our dedicated resource for Amazon strategy and execution ensuring we stay ahead of trends, maintain operational efficiency, and consistently deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, advertising / public relations, communications, or related field a plus.

Pay: $20.00-$27.00/hour; based on experience at time of offer.

Shift: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm.

What you'll do:

  • Amazon Channel Management: Oversee daily operations of our Amazon account, including product listings, images, pricing, reviews, and inventory for FBM and FBA.
  • Product Listing Optimization: Work with the Digital Marketing team to create, update, and optimize product listings with engaging copy, images, and SEO-focused keywords to maximize visibility and conversions.
  • Sales Growth & Strategy: Research Amazon trends, monitor competitor activity, and recommend strategies for expanding product offerings and increasing profitability.
  • Advertising Management: optimize Amazon ad campaigns (PPC) to maximize ROI and drive sales growth.
  • Inventory Oversight: Monitor and manage stock levels for FBA to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product development, customer service, and marketing teams to ensure product quality, high service levels, and strong seller ratings.
  • Performance Tracking: Analyze sales data and report on key performance metrics to inform future strategies and ensure profitability.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest Amazon tools, policies, and best practices for a competitive edge.
  • Entrepreneurship Mindset: You will own and drive our Amazon channel – from store branding to product listings.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Ideally 2+ years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central (FBM and/or FBA).
  • Strong understanding of Amazon marketplace rules, policies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Excel (or equivalent) for data analysis and reporting.
  • SEO knowledge, including keyword research and on-page optimization.
  • Copywriting skills for product descriptions and titles.
  • Experience with Amazon advertising (PPC) and budgeting strategies.
  • Familiarity with basic image editing software (e.g., Photoshop or equivalent) is a plus.

Physical Demands:

  • Work is predominately performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and tools including a computer, keyboard, and mouse.
  • The ability to sit for extended periods of time and perform repetitive motions, including movements of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers, as well as stand, reach, squat and lift small parcels, packages, and other items, as necessary.
  • Work requires the ability to read and analyze data using various documents and spreadsheets.
  • The employee may be required to lift up to 25 lbs.
