Amazon Operations Manager

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Amazon Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our Amazon Seller Central account. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in product research, sourcing, compliance checks, restricted category handling, freight forwarding coordination, and Seller Support communication.

This role is crucial for maintaining account health, identifying profitable opportunities, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product research and profitability analysis using tools like Helium 10
• Source products from suppliers and evaluate sourcing opportunities
• Perform compliance checks and manage required documentation
• Handle restricted categories and secure necessary approvals
• Communicate with Amazon Seller Support to resolve listing, account, or shipment issues
• Manage daily operations within Amazon Seller Central
• Request and compare freight forwarding quotes for international shipping
• Track product performance and prepare analytical reports for decision-making
• Coordinate with the team on restocking, pricing, and product launches
• Ensure account health and policy compliance at all times

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience managing Amazon Seller Central
• Strong knowledge of Amazon policies and FBA operations
• Proven experience in product research, sourcing, and compliance
• Familiarity with handling restricted categories & brand approvals
• Proficiency in tools such as Helium 10, Google Sheets, etc.
• Ability to request and evaluate freight forwarding quotes
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
