RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage daily Amazon Seller Central operations and basic listing updates.
- Create and manage FBA shipments: shipment plans, labels, carrier bookings, tracking, and resolving check-in delays or stranded inventory.
- Coordinate with UK 3PL warehouse on receiving, prep/labeling, carton or pallet specs, and dispatch to FBA; monitor SLAs.
- Inventory management across FBA and 3PL: forecasting, restock limits, replenishment, and stock reconciliations.
- File and track shipping reimbursement claims (lost or damaged units, fee errors, inbound discrepancies) with clear documentation.
- Customer service: respond to buyer messages and cases on time, handle returns and refunds, and reduce negative feedback.
- Monitor Account Health, IPI, and core KPIs; raise and track cases with Seller Support.
- Prepare weekly reports and dashboards on inventory, reimbursements, shipments, customer service metrics, and account health.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2–3 years hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central.
- Proven experience with FBA shipment creation, inventory management, and reimbursement claims.
- Experience with a UK-based 3PL and/or the UK marketplace.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets; tools like Helium 10 or Keepa are a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
- On-site (in-house) position in Karachi.
- Work hours: Mon–Fri, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm; alternate Saturdays Half Day (10:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
