Office Assistant

Requirements

• Retired Naval Petty Officer or Leading (Ldg) from the Store Branch
• Male candidate, below 50 years of age
• Hands-on experience in: Inventory management, Storekeeping, Customer handling (preferably with defense or logistics organizations)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager Admin with day-to-day office tasks, including utility management and office equipment maintenance
• Manage and process supply orders received from Pakistan Navy (PN) clients
• Ensure smooth, timely, and accurate supply of stores to PN units
• Handle the physical delivery of stores to end-user parties within PN, ensuring all required documentation is completed and submitted
• Build and maintain strong relationships with PN clients to support customer satisfaction and repeat business
