We’re on the lookout for a passionate, creative, and experienced Holiday Consultant who understands the travel industry, builds strong client relationships, and designs tailored holiday packages that inspire loyalty and excitement.

Responsibilities:

• Design and sell customized holiday packages (local and international)
• Suggest suitable travel destinations, accommodations, flights, and excursions based on client preferences and budgets
• Create and share detailed itineraries, package quotations, and travel proposals
• Book hotels, flights, activities, transportation, and tours through global systems or direct suppliers
• Stay informed about travel trends, deals, promotions, and destination updates
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the travel planning process
• Handle customer queries, changes, cancellations, and refunds professionally
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business
• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to ensure seamless travel experiences Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in holiday planning, travel sales, or tour operations
• Strong knowledge of international and domestic destinations
• Hands-on experience with travel software, booking engines, or GDS (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create attractive, accurate itineraries and quotations
• Strong negotiation and upselling ability
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple bookings at once
• Customer-focused approach with a friendly, service-driven attitude
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Additional Requirement:

We are specifically seeking a candidate who is highly proficient in global visa assistance, airline ticketing, and Umrah package management, capable of overseeing the complete responsibilities of a Holiday Consultant. The ideal candidate should be energetic, passionate, and results-driven.
