Financial and Data Specialist - Workplace and Travel Services

To be successful in this role within the Workplace and Travel Services (WTS) team, you'll need a strong foundation in financial management, including experience with procurement systems like Ariba and financial platforms such as SAP. A proactive, structured approach is essential, along with sharp analytical skills and high attention to detail to manage budgets and optimize processes across areas like real estate, travel, fleet, and IT services. Excellent communication skills in English—both written and verbal—are key for engaging with global and regional stakeholders, controllers, and vendors. You should be tech-savvy, comfortable with Excel and Power BI, and able to align financial data across systems including workplace management tools. Success in this role also requires a go-getter mindset, a passion for continuous improvement, and the ability to create structure in complex environments while driving efficiency and cost control globally.

• Financial Expertise & Systems Knowledge

  • Proven experience managing budgets (€4M centrally, €50–60M globally)
  • Strong understanding of procurement systems (e.g., Ariba) and financial platforms (e.g., SAP)
  • Skilled in forecasting, budgeting, and CAPEX investment processes

• Process Optimization & Analytical Thinking

  • Ability to streamline financial workflows from contract to payment
  • Sharp analytical mindset with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience improving workplace support processes and systems

• Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Comfortable working with global and regional leads, controllers, and vendors
  • Capable of translating financial data into actionable insights for decision-makers

  • Proficient in Excel and Power BI for quick analysis and reporting
  • Ability to align financial data across internal and external systems

Looking for an experience of at least 6 to 9 years, preferably in FP&A functions.
