Job description:

We are a reputable travel agency specializing in Hajj and Umrah services. We are currently seeking an experienced Umrah Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Umrah operations, visa processing, and exceptional customer service skills. If you're passionate about providing clients with a smooth and memorable Umrah experience, we want you on our team.

As an Umrah Consultant, you will be responsible for designing customized Umrah packages, managing visa applications, handling client inquiries, and ensuring exceptional service at all stages of the Umrah journey. Your role will also include staying updated with Saudi regulations, guiding clients on travel requirements, and building long-lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Umrah Package Design & Consultation:
• Design and customize Umrah packages based on individual or group client needs.
• Provide clients with detailed information regarding Umrah requirements, including documentation, travel dates, and schedules.
• Guide clients through the complete booking process, from visa application to final travel arrangements.
• Visa Processing & Documentation:
• Manage Umrah visa applications and ensure compliance with Saudi regulations.
• Review and verify required documentation for accuracy.
• Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and visa processing centers to secure visas for clients.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding their Umrah arrangements and ensure they are well-informed throughout the process.
• Provide after-sales support, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
• Travel Coordination:
• Work with vendors, airlines, and hotels to arrange flight bookings, accommodations, and transportation for Umrah clients.
• Ensure clients receive timely updates regarding their travel itineraries and documents.
• Handle cancellations, modifications, and special requests related to travel arrangements.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Umrah consulting, travel services, or visa processing. Knowledge: Strong understanding of Umrah regulations, Saudi visa requirements, and travel planning.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with online booking platforms.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple client requests simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
