Design Consultant

Are you passionate about design, detail and transforming spaces? Matter by Envicrete is looking for a creative Design Consultant specializing in Flooring, Panels, Cladding, Mouldings and Planters to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will transform client ideas into refined design solutions, creating elegant and functional spaces. You will collaborate with architects, designers, and project clients to deliver innovative concepts that enhance the aesthetic and performance of every project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the complete client design journey, from initial consultation, design concept creation, material selection, and proposal
• Develop 2D & 3D and present innovative design solutions using company product lines including flooring, panels, cladding, mouldings, and planters, customized to each client’s aesthetic and functional requirements.
• Welcome and engage walk-in clients at the display center, ensuring a professional and friendly experience. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
• Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and contractors to integrate Matter by Envicrete’s products seamlessly into residential and commercial projects.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing professional design advice, regular project updates, and timely resolution of concerns or design adjustments.
• Work proactively to achieve assigned sales targets by preparing quotations, managing client orders.
• Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and follow up with potential clients. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and assist in product displays and showroom upkeep.
• Ensure proper documentation of all design proposals, layouts, and client communications for effective project tracking and handover.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in interior or architectural design, preferably in building materials or related industries.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design tools.
• Strong visual sense, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients and teams.
• Ability to manage multiple design projects with a proactive and organized approach.
