About the Role
Xpo9tial is a fast-growing Amazon marketing agency helping international brands scale through data-driven advertising strategies. We are looking for a skilled Amazon PPC Specialist who can take ownership of campaign planning, optimization, and performance analysis to drive consistent growth and strong ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage Amazon PPC campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and bid optimization
- Monitor and improve performance metrics such as ACoS, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
- Prepare detailed performance reports with clear, actionable insights
- Manage and optimize advertising budgets to maximize profitability
- Coordinate with internal teams to align PPC strategy with product launches and brand goals
- Work with micro-influencers to generate external traffic and improve product visibility
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns
- Proven success managing 6- and 7-figure Amazon advertising accounts
- Strong expertise in Helium10, Data Dive, Brand Analytics, and Amazon Seller Central
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts while meeting deadlines
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
