Amazon Junior Brand Manager (JBM)

Shopin Ecom is hiring an Amazon Junior Brand Manager to take ownership of Amazon Private Label brands. This role is responsible for end-to-end brand performance, including listings, PPC, catalog health, and coordination with internal teams. You will not be executing in isolation—you’ll be expected to manage priorities, maintain standards, and drive results within defined timelines and team structures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and scale Amazon Private Label brands on Amazon.
• Own listing performance through continuous optimization (SEO, content, images, A+ readiness).
• Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns to improve ACOS, TACOS, and overall profitability.
• Oversee catalog management, variations, suppressions, and listing health issues.
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports using Excel and Google Sheets.
• Coordinate with operations, creatives, and support teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure all tasks are delivered on time and aligned with company SOPs and brand strategy.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a minimum of bachelors degree.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience managing Amazon Private Label brands.
• Strong hands-on expertise in:
• Amazon PPC (campaign structure, optimization, scaling, analysis)
• Listing SEO (keyword research, content optimization, conversion-focused structure)
• Catalog management and account health monitoring
• Bulk File, Flat File.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to catch errors before they impact performance.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines, follow team hierarchy, and work within structured processes.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
