Amazon Private Label Associate

Shopin Ecom is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Amazon Private Label Associate to support and execute day-to-day operations of our Amazon Private Label business. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience, not just theoretical knowledge, who understands how Amazon PL businesses actually operate. You will work closely with senior team members to manage listings, support PPC activities, analyze data, and help scale products in a competitive marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily Amazon Private Label operations and account management.
• Optimize product listings (title, bullets, description, backend keywords) using Amazon SEO best practices.
• Support Amazon PPC campaigns (setup assistance, keyword research, bid adjustments, and basic performance analysis).
• Conduct product and keyword research, market segmentations to support new launches and optimizations.
• Maintain and update product data, pricing, inventory trackers, and reports using Excel and Google Sheets.
• Monitor listing health, suppressed listings, and account-related issues.
• Coordinate with internal team members to ensure smooth execution of tasks.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of practical experience in Amazon Private Label (hands-on, not course-only).
• Minimum education: Inter / 12th Grade (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of the Amazon Private Label business model.
• Strong working knowledge of Listing optimization (SEO, images, content structure), Amazon PPC fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (data entry, basic formulas, reporting).
• Ability to work on-site (this is not a remote role).
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow processes and meet deadlines.
