Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Amazon Seller Central Specialist / Store Manager to take complete ownership of our Amazon UK account. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving eCommerce sales growth, brand development, listing optimization, and advertising performance, while maintaining strong account health and compliance.
This role requires a deep understanding of Amazon algorithms, strong analytical skills, and proven experience managing Amazon FBA operations and advertising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership and accountability of the Amazon Seller Central account
- Create, optimize, and manage product listings with daily progress reporting
- Conduct keyword research and continuously optimize listings to improve rankings and visibility
- Write compelling product descriptions and listing content
- Manage Amazon FBA shipments, stock planning, and replenishment
- Handle Amazon Brand Registry, A+ Content, and Amazon Storefront creation
- Perform competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and high-margin SKUs
- Plan, create, optimize, and manage Amazon Advertising (AMS) campaigns, including Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands
- Collaborate with internal teams to launch, grow, and scale brands on Amazon
- Coordinate inventory management and replenishment with buying and sales teams
- Monitor and manage product reviews and seller feedback
- Track account health metrics and ensure compliance with Amazon policies
- Raise and manage cases with Amazon Seller Support
- Prepare detailed and summary performance reports
- Report regularly to line managers and company directors
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts (UK market preferred)
- Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, algorithms, and ranking factors
- Practical experience with Amazon FBA, inventory planning, and PPC advertising
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent communication, reporting, and coordination skills
- High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
Important: Applications without relevant Amazon Seller Central experience will not be considered.
