Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Amazon Specialist to manage and optimize our product presence across Amazon marketplaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving online sales growth, maintaining brand consistency, and ensuring a strong customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain product listings on Amazon (KSA, UAE, and other regions).

• Create, optimize, and update product titles, descriptions, images, keywords, and pricing.

• Monitor stock availability and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams.

• Analyze sales reports, performance data, and competitor activity to identify improvement opportunities.

• Plan and execute advertising campaigns (Amazon PPC, Sponsored Products, etc.).

• Manage customer reviews and ensure high satisfaction ratings.

• Collaborate with marketing teams for promotions, deals, and new launches.

• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.

• Ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies and platform updates.

• Research and recommend new opportunities for growth and expansion on e-commerce platforms.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of experience managing Amazon Seller or Vendor accounts.

• Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and advertising tools.

• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.

• Strong English communication and writing skills.

• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience in the cosmetics, skincare, or pharmaceutical industry.

• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
