Job Overview

We are hiring an Amazon Wholesale & FBM Order Management Expert who will be responsible for handling end-to-end FBM order processing and supporting wholesale operations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience managing Amazon FBM orders, coordinating shipments, maintaining account health, and ensuring smooth daily operations inside Amazon Seller Central.

Key ResponsibilitiesFBM Order Management

• Process and manage FBM orders daily through Amazon Seller Central
• Generate shipping labels and coordinate with couriers
• Ensure orders are shipped within Amazon’s SLA timelines
• Monitor late shipment rate, cancellation rate, and order defect rate

Amazon Seller Central Operations

• Manage order workflows, confirmations, and tracking uploads
• Handle buyer messages related to orders, delivery, and returns
• Coordinate replacements, refunds, and order issue resolutions

Inventory & Listing Support

• Monitor inventory availability to avoid overselling or stockouts
• Coordinate with inventory and product teams for updates
• Assist with pricing and stock updates for wholesale listings

Account Health & Compliance

• Maintain strong account health metrics
• Ensure compliance with Amazon FBM policies and guidelines
• Assist in resolving performance notifications or warnings

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain daily and weekly reports for:
• Orders shipped
• Pending orders
• Returns & refunds
• Account health metrics
• Update internal tracking sheets accurately

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience with Amazon FBM Order Management
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central (Wholesale & FBM)
• Understanding of Amazon shipping, tracking, and SLA requirements
• Experience handling customer communication professionally
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Good written English communication

Preferred Qualifications

• 6 months to 2+ years of Amazon FBM experience
• Experience working with US Amazon marketplace preferred
• Familiarity with Excel / Google Sheets
• Ability to work independently and handle high order volumes
